Amazon Meetings is an internal tool that allows Amazon employees to schedule meetings in an environment with busy, often overlapping schedules and overcrowded rooms. We aimed to enhance meeting booking for Amazon employees.

Impact

• Designed and shipped a meeting creation tool for Amazon employees from scratch (300k+ users)

• Improved adoption by 9%.

• Called one of the best internal tools at Amazon by Peter Skillman, the then head of UX at AWS.
